 -----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------

  - Review of minutes for July 15, 2003
   Accepted as written.

  - Announcements
             	EIA Call for Patent Disclosure
   No company disclosed a patent.

  - AR Review
   June 17th minutes uploaded.
File name updated per minutes of June 17th.

  - Opens for new items
Bob Ross requested BIRD 82 discussion. This addresses the clamp
double-counting issue.
Bob Ross sent Bob Haller some IBIS 4.0 test cases. Beta parser is
uploaded on IBIS web site.

AR: Lynne Green and Bob Haller to submit revised BIRD 82.
AR: Bob Haller, upload the IBIS test cases.

  - Detailed Documentation review

            Waveform_processing.txt
Item 13: S_overshoot_*: Typ value required if used, required for
Level 1.
Item 14: Add "only when D_overshoot_high and D_overshoot_high not
defined."
Might also need another sentence for clarification.
Item 16: Clarification of static and dynamic limits. Dynamic applies
over delta-time,
while static applies for all times. Both limits apply together.
Delta-time starts when
dynamic value crosses static limit.
Replace "should" with "must" in several places.

            VT_curves.txt
Require 4 V-t curves for I/O and Output for Level 1, and encouraged
for Level 0.
Open sink/source/drain buffers would have 2 V-t curves.
If Rload=3DR_fixture and Voltage=3DV_fixture, and all other fixture
elements (*_dut, *_fixture)
are zeroed out, then [Ramp] should match V-t curves. Parser does not
check this.
Level 1: Require visual check for "ballpark" consistency between Ramp
and V-t curves.

  - Plans and Schedule for next meeting
   Finish review of VT_curves.txt.
